We know that your cake needs to taste just as beautiful as it looks. Whether you’ll be serving your wedding cake as dessert or with evening drinks, flavour is important – and we’ve got something for everyone!
Traditional, popular flavours, will always be a crowd pleaser, whilst modern flavours are slightly more adventurous and curious in nature.
Any of the flavours can be adapted and we are also happy to create brand new flavours.
Traditional Wedding Cake Flavours
Vanilla & Vanilla Buttercream: A fluffy, velvety sponge flavoured with vanilla bean paste for a rich flavour, filled with sweet buttercream and strawberry jam.
Lemon & Lemon Buttercream: A dewy, lemon zest filled sponge, topped with an equally tangy buttercream.
Red Velvet & Vanilla Frosting: A buttermilk & cocoa based recipe, containing our secret ingredient to make a delectable, red velvet sponge with a vanilla buttercream.
Carrot Cake & Orange Frosting: Flavoured with nutmeg, cinnamon and orange zest, a rich sponge cake adorned with spiced orange flavoured frosting.
Chocolate Cake: Ridiculously rich and moist, again containing our secret ingredient, an intensely cocoa flavoured cake, with chocolate buttercream between layers.
Modern Wedding Cake Flavours
Coconut & Lime: A tropical sponge cake, flavoured with both coconut milk and lime zest, together with lime flavoured buttercream.
White Chocolate Sponge Cake: Richly infused white chocolate sponge cake, with layers of white chocolate buttercream.
Raspberry & White Chocolate: A combination of the slightly sharp raspberry and the wonderfully sweet white chocolate in a delightfully airy sponge.
Salted Caramel: A rich sponge infused with a hybrid of sweet and salty goodness, sandwiched with caramel steeped buttercream.
Oreo Cake: A biscuit based sponge cake with delectable crunchy bites of the infamous cocoa and vanilla biscuit.
Pistachio & Rose: A creamy and nutty pistachio flavoured sponge with a silky rose flavoured buttercream.
Just for You: We’ve had a great time coming up with new flavour combinations for many of our couples, please ask if you’d like us to come up with something completely unique to you.

We use both American and Italian meringue buttercream for wedding cakes.
